Cinematic Cuts

Participants produce a short film based on one of 6–7 topics provided a week before the event. The film is judged on creativity, direction, acting, and editing quality.

• Shoot only indoors (your home) or in a public park — with proper permission.
• Shooting near roads, traffic, metro stations, or crowded areas — immediate disqualification.
• School shooting is allowed only with a teacher's explicit prior permission.
• The Computer Department does not issue special shooting permissions.
• Permission to bring cameras and props must be obtained from your class teacher beforehand.

• No props or items that can harm any individual.
• No real-life violence or injuries to actors — immediate disqualification and further action.
• All actors must be fully willing and aware of their scenes.
• Background actors are allowed only in safe, uncrowded environments with teacher approval.
• Any littering at the shoot location is the team's sole responsibility.
